The Walterscheid Welsberg laboratory has more than 50 years of experience in metallurgical testing. At the production site, state-ofthe-art testing equipment is used to carry out material analyses, hardness tests and strength analyses for steels and castings in order to check and ensure the quality of our off-highway and automotive products. In addition to testing raw materials, the production processes are supervised and verified. Products with complex geometries are checked with the coordinate measuring machine and conturograph. Due to the special requirements of our heat-treated products, we have exceptional expertise in this field, constantly updated in line with the latest developments in metallurgy. Walterscheid Welsberg AG is IATF:16949 certified.
