Company
Our company was founded by wainwright Gottfried Hofer and was registered on 1 January 1961 as mechanical engineering company at the Bozen Chamber of Commerce. Its first agricultural vehicle was presented in Verona, receiving approval on 26 July 1962. In 2007 our company headquarters and production plant were relocated to a new production site in G.-di-Vittorio-Str. 18 in Bozen; in 2018 the company was converted to GmbH (limited liability) status.
Products and services
Waldhofer today produces modern, reliable machines of the highest quality at reasonable prices with priority given to the constant improvement of both cost-effectiveness and performance. Our main activity is the production of loader vehicles for all transporters on new and used machines. Decades of experience in the construction of loader vehicles with controlled pick-ups allow Waldhofer to plan and construct hay loaders with or without conveyor belts, including for silage. We offer our customers a comprehensive service and repair package. Our products are constantly being developed, technically adapted and successfully distributed: we have been a reliable and competent partner for South Tyrol’s farmers for 50 years.
