Company

The distribution company Khuen GmbH with its focus on hail and weather protection was founded over 20 years ago. Originally with a partner from Austria, who has an international name in the field of hail protection. With the acquisition of real estate and a fabric hall in Merano, the company was slowly transferred to Mr. Khuen Andreas at 100%. Due to 25 years of experience and competence in the field of weather protection, we are one of the market leaders in South Tyrol and work beyond the national borders in the entire Upper Italian region. Our company name has established itself as a brand in Italy. New plants in the field of fruit and wine growing, as well as rain protection plants for cherries, apricots, kiwis and berries are planned and constructed.

Products and services

Khuen GmbH is the only distributor for the international brand "Frustar", which comes from Austria. We also distribute the "Wieset" weather protection products for the Etschtal, Meran and Vinschgau valleys. A large part of the product range for accessories, hail protection caps etc. are developed and tested in the head office in Merano with the experienced technicians. The planning of the systems is carried out with GPS measurements, project creation, up to the turnkey construction of new systems in agriculture.
